Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all students, teachers, and partners of Fashi Global Academy.
By enrolling in our programs, applying as a teacher, or collaborating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Courses & Classes

  • Classes are delivered online through platforms such as ClassIn and Voov.
  • Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a suitable device.
  • Missed classes may not always be rescheduled. Please contact us for available options.

3. Group Classes

  • Students enrolling in group classes are responsible for arranging their own group members.
  • Group classes require a minimum number of students to begin and continue:
    • 2–6 student group: minimum 2 students
    • 8–12 student group: minimum 8 students
  • If the minimum number of students is not met for a scheduled lesson, the class will be cancelled for that session.
  • Students may request assistance from Fashi Global Academy in finding group members; however, this may result in a longer waiting period before the course begins.

4. Promotional Offers

  • Promotional offers (including free trials or discounts) are subject to approval and may only be used once per student.
  • Promotional or discounted lessons are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Students may attend an initial lesson before making payment.
  • After the trial or first session, payment must be completed to continue classes.
  • Payment details will be provided after the first lesson.
  • All fees must be paid by the stated due date.
  • Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as service cancellation by Fashi Global Academy.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended classes after payment has been made.

6. Teachers

  • All teachers must complete an interview and training process before teaching.
  • Teachers are required to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respect.
  • All teaching materials provided by Fashi Global Academy are for class use only and may not be shared externally.

7. Collaborations

  • Collaboration proposals from schools, companies, or individuals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • All collaborations must be confirmed in writing before they begin.

8. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Be punctual and prepared for class
  • Treat teachers and classmates with respect
  • Follow all class rules and use materials responsibly

9. Communication

  • Messages (email, WhatsApp, social media):
    3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (CST / UTC+8)
  • Phone calls:
    3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (CST / UTC+8)

10. Liability

Fashi Global Academy provides educational services and support.
We are not responsible for issues outside our control, including:

  • Poor internet connection
  • Device malfunction
  • Missed classes due to technical problems on the student’s side

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
