Community Education Pilot Program
Help Students. Gain Experience. Make a Difference.
The Fashi Global Academy Community Education Pilot Program is a volunteer initiative designed to support students who need academic assistance but may not have access to private tutoring.
We work with children’s homes, community centres, and other community-based organisations to provide free educational support to learners who need it most.
At the same time, the program provides aspiring tutors and teachers with valuable training and practical experience.
How The Program Works?
Phase 1: Training (3-4 Weeks)
Participants receive guidance and training in:
– Professional communication
– Lesson planning
– Student engagement
– Online teaching techniques
– Classroom management
Phase 2: Practical Experience (2-3 Months)
After completing training, you will begin teaching in real learning support sessions, gaining hands-on experience with students in a guided environment.
Phase 3: Certificate of Completion
After completing the program, you will receive a certificate recognising your training and experience.
Important Note
This is a volunteer program.
Participants are not paid, and students do not pay for tutoring services. The program is designed as a community education initiative that benefits both learners and aspiring educators.
Fashi Global Academy does not generate profit from this program.
