These Terms & Conditions apply to all students, teachers, and partners of Fashi Global Academy. By joining our classes, applying as a teacher, or collaborating with us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Courses & Classes
– Classes are delivered online through platforms such as ClassIn.
– Students are responsible for having stable internet and the necessary devices.
– Missed classes may not always be rescheduled. Please check with our principal for options.
3. Promotional Offers
– Promotional offers, including free month trials or discounts, are subject to approval and may only be redeemed once per students.
– Promotional or discounted lessons are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
4. Payments & Refunds
– At Fashi Global Academy, students may attend an initial lesson before payment to experience our teaching.
– After the trial or first session, payment must be completed to continue with regular classes.
– Payment details are shared directly after your first class.
– All fees must be paid by the due date stated in your payment notice.
– Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases, such as service cancellation by Fashi Global Academy.
– No refunds are issued for missed or unattended classes once payment is made.
5. Teachers
– All teachers must complete an interview and training program before teaching at Fashi.
– Teachers must maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and respect toward all students.
– Teaching materials and resources provided by Fashi are for class use only and may not be shared externally.
6. Collaborations
– Proposals from schools, companies, or individuals will be reviewed case by case.
– Any collaboration must be confirmed in writing before starting.
7. Student Responsibilities
– Be on time and prepared for class.
– Respect your teachers, classmates, and the learning environment.
– Use provided materials responsibly and follow online class rules.
8. Communications
– Our team responds to emails, WhatsApp, and social media messages between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM (CST / UTC+8).
– Calls are only taken between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM (CST / UTC+8).
– You may contact us via email, WhatsApp, or social media for support or updates.
9. Liability
Fashi Global Academy provides educational services and learning support. We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as poor internet connection, device malfunction, or missed classes caused by technical problems on the student’s side.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
