About Our Classes

1. How do I join a class?

You can contact us through our website, email, WhatsApp, or social media. We’ll guide you through the simple steps to get started.

2. Who can join the classes?

Learners of all ages (kids, teens, and adults) from anywhere in the world.

3. What subjects does Fashi Global Academy offer?

Fashi Global Academy offers online Chinese and English language courses, as well as after-school support for all major international school subjects and curricula. Our tutoring programs cover subjects such as Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Accounting, Business Studies, Geography, History, and more – depending on each student’s needs and grade level.

4. How long are the lessons?

You can choose between 27-minute lessons or 1-hour lessons, depending on your schedule and needs.

5. Do you provide study materials?

Yes! We provide lesson resources. We are also open to students sharing their own books, homework, or preferred materials before class. Our teachers can use these to guide the lesson

6. Can I choose my own class time?

Yes, we’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.

7. How are classes taught?

All lessons are taught online using ClassIn, a professional virtual classroom.

8. What do I need for online classes?

A computer, tablet, or phone with internet connection, plus ClassIn installed.

9. Can I try a class before enrolling?

Yes, we offer trial lessons so you can experience our teaching before joining a full course.

10. What if I am late for class?

Our teachers will wait 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes, the teacher will inform the scheduling coordinator, who will try to contact you. After 20 minutes, the class is considered missed.

11. What if I miss a class in a group lesson?

All our group classes are recorded, so you can watch the lesson you missed at any time. To protect everyone’s privacy and comply with the POPI Act, all names and faces in the recording will be blurred.

Teachers and Team

1. What kind of teachers do you have?

Our teachers are experienced and carefully selected for their subject knowledge and teaching ability. Each teacher completes a 3-4-week online training program with Fashi Global Academy before starting classes to ensure high-quality, engaging lessons.

2. Can teachers apply to work with Fashi?

Yes! Teachers can apply through our Join the Team page.

Enrollment and Payments

1. How do I enroll in a course?

Visit our Courses Page to see options. Then contact us via email or WhatsApp to book your spot.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept bank transfers and will guide you through payment after enrollment.

3. What if I have paid and scheduled for a class but need to cancel?

If you need to cancel a class, please contact us through ClassIn before the class starts. If you let us know before the class begins, you can receive a refund. If you do not inform us before the class starts, the full class fee will still apply.

1. What if I want to collaborate with Fashi?

We welcome partnerships with schools, companies, or organizations. Fashi Global Academy is currently partnered with several Chinese universities, including Liaoning Normal University, Dalian Medical University, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Dalian Polytechnic University, Dalian University of Foreign Languages, and Dalian University of Technology.
