1. Eligibility
1. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. Entry is open to individuals who meet the requirements outlines in the official Competition Rules.
3. To receive prizes, participants must have:
– A valid passport only if the winner accepts the travel prize.
– An approved payment method in their own name (e.g. PayPal or bank account)
4. Employees, contractors, or direct affiliates of Fashi Global Academy may be excluded at the organiser’s discretion.
2. Entry Requirements
1. Participation confirms full acceptance of all Competition Rules and these Terms & Conditions.
2. All entries must be submitted through approved channels and meet the required content standards.
3. Participants must maintain active social media accounts used for the competition for its full duration.
3. Content Ownership & Usage Rights
1. All content created or submitted as part of the competition is licensed to Fashi Global Academy for worldwide, royalty-free use for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
2. The organiser may repost, share, edit, compile, or repurpose submitted content across digital and print media.
3. When instructed, participants must create content featuring Academy partner companies. These posts are subject to the same usage rights.
4. Participants confirm that all content is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Referral & Financial Policy
1. Referral points are only credited once payment from the referred party has been successfully completed and cleared.
2. All lessons or services booked using a competition referral code are non-refundable. Participants are responsible for ensuring their audience understands this.
5. Prizes
1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.
2. The organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with one equal or greater value if necessary.
3. Prize winners must:
– Create and publish content featuring or discussing the prize
– Allow the organiser to use this content for promotional purposes
– Complete all required verification before receiving the prize
6. Judging & Ranking
1. Final results are determined at the sole discretion of Fashi Global Academy.
2. While participants may post more than four videos per week, only the top four performing videos per week will count toward rankings.
3. Performance is evaluated based on content quality, consistency, engagement, and activity across approved platforms.
4. All decisions regarding scores, rankings, and winner are final.
7. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for:
– Violating the Competition Rules or these Terms & Conditions
– Posting inappropriate, harmful, or reputation-damaging content
– Using fraudulent engagement methods (bots or purchased interactions)
– Failing to meet minimum weekly requirements more than twice
Disqualified participants forfeit all their rights to prizes or recognition.
8. Privacy & Personal Information
1. Participants consent to the collection and use of personal information for administrative, promotional, and verification purposes.
2. Information is not sold to third parties but may be shared with trusted service providers for operational or payment processing.
9. Liability
1. The organiser is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, content removal by third-party platforms, or losses arising from participation.
2. Participants take part at their own risk and agree to indemnify the organiser against claims related to submitted content.
10. Modifications & Acceptance
1. Fashi Global Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication through official channels.
2. Continued participation confirms full acceptance of any updates.
