Influencer Competition Rules

These rules explain how the competition works, how points are earned, and what is required to participate.

1. Competition Duration

– The competition runs for six (6) months (26 weeks).

– All weekly tasks and challenge activities must be completed and submitted within the weekly deadlines.

2. Participant Eligibility & Prize Requirements

– Participants must be 18 years or older.

– Participants must use their own personal social media accounts. Shared, borrowed, or co-managed accounts are not permitted.

Prize Eligibility

To receive monthly prizes or the final grand prize, participants may be required to meet administrative requirements, including:

– A valid passport (required for the final grand prize only).

– A verified payment method in the participant’s own name (PayPal, bank account, or approved digital wallet).

– Compliance with tax and legal regulations in the participant’s home country.

Note: A passport is not required to participate in the competition or to receive non-travel prizes.

3. Approved Social Media Platforms

Participants may use up to four (4) platforms:

– Instagram

– Facebook

– YouTube

– TikTok

Using multiple platforms is strongly encouraged, as it increases reach and scoring potential

4. Weekly Posting & Content Requirements

– Standard Requirement: Four (4) videos per week on any approved platform(s).

– Topic Focus: Content must relate to China, Fashi Global Academy, or the weekly theme provided.

– Scoring Cap: Participants may post more than four videos, but only the top four performing videos (based on views/engagement) count toward the leaderboard.

– Partner Content: During designated Partner Weeks, participants must include assigned partner content. Failure to do so may result in point deductions.

Missing weekly requirements more than twice may lead to removal from the competition.

5. Referral Program & Financial Policy

Point Validation: Referral points are awarded only after payment from the referred student/customer is fully completed and cleared.

Non-Refundable Policy: All lessons or services booked using a participant’s referral code are non-refundable.

Transparency: Participants must disclose their relationship with Fashi Global Academy when sharing referral codes (e.g. #ad or #sponsored where legally required).

6. Weekly Challenges

– Each week, three (3) challenge options will be released.

– Participants must complete at least one (1) challenge before the stated deadline.

– Submissions must clearly demonstrate that all challenge requirements were met.

7. Engagement & Activity Standards

All engagement must be organic and genuine.

Strictly prohibited:

– Purchased followers, likes, or views

– Bots, automation tools, or click farms

– Engagement pods, swap groups, or paid boosting networks

Fashi Global Academy may request analytics or account insights to verify authenticity.

8. Behaviour, Conduct & Content Standards

– Content containing hateful, violent, sexual, discriminatory, or misleading material is prohibited.

– Content must not harm the reputation or values of Fashi Global Academy or its partners.

– Respectful communication is required in all official channels.

Harassment of staff or other participants will result in immediate disqualification.

9. Required Communication Channels

Participants must remain active one:

WhatsApp – urgent notices and general updates

ClassIn – official challenges, instructions, and progress tracking

10. Content Ownership & Usage

– Participants retain ownership of their content.

– By participating, participants grant Fashi Global Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to repost, edit, and use content for promotional and marketing purposes.

11. Disqualification & Right to Modify

– Failure to follow the rules may result in a warning or disqualification.

– Fashi Global Academy reserves the right to modify rules, challenges, or prize structures when necessary.

– All decisions made by management are final.
